Here at Giddypet we care about our customers, four legged and two legged, and want you to be 100% satisfied. If ever you are not completely happy with your purchase please reach out to us via e mail, so we may address your concerns.

e will exchange any product that you are not completely satisfied, for another of equal value, if returned un opened and in good condition, and yes, we will pay for the return shipping! If you’re bag is damaged and torn in transit please reach out to us, we would be happy to exchange it. Remember we care about your pets health and happiness. We strive to make your pet a Giddypet!
